Learn About Our Professional Martial Arts Staff

All of our Instructors began their Tang Soo Do training with us when they were much younger and went on to become full fledged Instructors.  Currently,  there are 15 Instructors teaching on a regular basis in the Mid-America Karate studio network of 3Black Belt school  locations.  These 15 Instructors have an average experience of over 17 years each.  With the exception of 2, they have all attained the rank of 2nd degree black belt or higher.  There are not enough words to adequately describe each Instructor as they are all people of high integrity and strong moral fiber.  Their martial arts training has contributed greatly in establishing that.

All martial arts instructors at Mid-America Karate in Fayetteville, AR are trained to ensure that our martial arts classes are safe, effective and fun.

Our instructors and instructor assistants are trained to focus on more than just teaching martial arts skills. Instructors also learn how to work with all students, tailoring their martial arts teaching methods to fit the individual child. Emphasis is put on encouragement and positive correction.

We are committed to teaching the physical skills of martial arts while applying attitude-shaping exercises aimed at bringing out the best character and physical potential in each student. Through weekly martial arts training, instructors advance their own martial art and educational knowledge to become even more effective martial arts teachers.

The Mid-America Karate instructors are required to maintain their personal level of martial arts knowledge and a high level of personal growth. They are expected to take classes on a regular basis and test at least once per year.

Our Fayetteville Martial Arts staff at Mid-America Karate looks forward to working with you.
